Suggestion: Reinforce the necklace knot by adding a Double Over Hand loop knot to it. Do not undue the knot securing the pouch. You may tie an additional knot around the pouch as well. Alternate suggestion: superglue the ends of necklace together. Wear all year round and especially during the flu season and during outbreaks of illnesses. Replace every 3-5 years.
