Gomati obtained from the Gomati or Gomti river in Dwarka, is considered meritorious to give wealth, health and success. Gomati is protective for children. These are used in religious ceremonies and worshipping of yantras. Sandal paste and sacred water (Gangajal) is offered to them during Puja.
