DIRECTIONS
For an ongoing challenge or deep level change, try the Basic Way: Take two capsules three times a day. Typically, a shift will occur in three to five days. Another Way: Throw out the notion that a printed set of directions will provide the exact answer. Consider size, constitution, timing and other factors affecting each unique person. Take two capsules as often as every twenty minutes to combat a quickly escalating situation. Do not exceed more than 24 capsules per day.
